This bar sign ended up looking so fancy at my clients event! It's well constructed and the finished product is so nice!
Extremely disappointing experience.
I ordered a custom sign for my destination wedding and approved a mockup sent by the seller before production. What I received was significantly different from the approved design. The shape of the stone was changed without my knowledge and approval, the text alignment was off, and the overall layout was not what was approved. The quality control was clearly lacking, especially for a custom wedding item where details matter.
The seller offered a refund only with the condition of receiving the item, despite acknowledging that the final product did not match the approved mockup.
During what should have been an exciting time leading up to my wedding, instead created unnecessary stress & inconvenience during an already busy period. Would not trust this seller for quality work.
