Processing Times
All orders are handmade and/or custom-made.
Please allow 5 business days for processing before your order ships.
During peak seasons (weddings, holidays, and promotional periods), processing times may be extended. Always inquire when placing your order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Priority/Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high seasonal volume.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom items (including acrylic, marble, UV-printed, and engraved products) may require additional production time.
Mockups or approvals—if needed—may increase processing times until approval is received.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information will update within 24–48 hours.
Lost / Delayed / Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages delayed by carriers once they are in transit.
If your package is lost or damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery).

We will help file a claim with UPS/USPS.

Replacement eligibility will be determined based on the carrier’s investigation.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If your order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately so we can update the address.
Local Pickup
Customers in Delray Beach, FL may choose free local pickup at checkout.
Pickup instructions will be emailed once your order is ready.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international countries.
Buyers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes.
We cannot predict or cover these fees.
Holiday Shipping
During the November–December holiday season, please expect longer carrier transit times.
We recommend ordering early to ensure on-time delivery.
