📦 Shipping Damage

Did your item break during shipping?
If so, please keep all signage and original packaging and send us 3–5 clear photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The packaging materials
  • The condition of the box

Once we receive these, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier and send a replacement. Please note that claims can take 3–4 weeks to process.

Please upgrade your shipping to 2-Day Air or Next Day Air at checkout and include your needed-by date in the personalization box.

Important:
We ship most orders via US Ground, which cannot guarantee delivery within 10 days, especially when combined with our 1–5 business day processing time.

  • If your event is 2–3 weeks away, we strongly recommend upgrading to 2-Day Air
  • If your event is less than 1 week away, please choose Next Day Air

🪨 Acrylic Stand Fit

My acrylic stand doesn't fit my stone. What should I do?

Rectangle stands:
We do not place numbers on the bottom of the stones. Each pouch includes the stand custom-fit for that specific stone. Please make sure stones and stands are not mixed.

Circle stands:
We include a small number on the right or left side of the stone indicating the correct stand orientation.

If it still does not fit, please email us the sizes that do not fit and we will send extra stands.
